Breath.Energy is a dedicated breathwork studio designed to help you reset your nervous system, release stored emotions, and feel truly present in your life again.
We use a style of conscious connected breathwork that gently guides you out of your thinking mind and into your body, where real change happens. Many people describe their first session as:
You don't need experience with meditation or breathwork. You don't need to "believe" anything. You just need to be willing to lie down, breathe, and let us guide you.

What Your First Session Will Be Like
A breathwork class at Breath.Energy is designed to be welcoming, guided, and safe, even if you've never done anything like this before.
Arrival & settling in (10–15 minutes)
You'll check in, find your spot, grab blankets, pillows and get comfortable lying down on your mat.
Intentions (10–15 minutes)
Everything you need to know about the class is covered in the video. Class begins by everyone one by one sharing their name and intention and then we begin.
Guided breathwork journey (20 minutes)
With music and verbal guidance, you'll move through waves of breath, sensation, and emotion. Some people feel deep calm; others experience release through tears, tingling, or warmth. All of it is welcome.
Self Guided breathwork journey (60-90 minutes)
The volume and pace of the music intensifies. You repeat the connect breath we practiced during the guided portion and allow your subconscious to come forward.
Integration & closing (10–20 minutes)
We'll slowly bring you back to a relaxed, grounded state. There's time to rest, journal, or share briefly if you'd like.
You are always in charge of your pace. You can slow down, pause, or simply rest at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions
I've never done breathwork before. Will I be okay?
Yes. Most of the people who walk into our studio are beginners. We explain everything clearly in the intro video and again in person. You are guided the entire time and can always slow down or pause.
Do I have to talk about my emotions or share in front of the group?
No. Sharing is always optional. Some people like to share a few words afterward; others prefer to stay quiet and internal. Both are completely welcome.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes you can lie down and breathe in. We provide mats and pillows and blankets, but you're welcome to bring your own water bottle, journal, and anything that helps you feel cozy (like a favorite hoodie or socks).
Are there any health considerations?
If you're pregnant, have a serious cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, or any acute medical concerns, please reach out to us before your session so we can support you or help you decide what's best. Breathwork is powerful, and we want to make sure it's appropriate for you.
Can I come without the friend who invited me?
The Friend Pass is designed as a shared experience with the member who invited you but if schedules don't line up you are welcomed to come without your friend.
What if I feel overwhelmed during the session?
You're never "stuck" in the experience. You can always slow your breath, return to a normal breathing pattern, or simply rest. Your facilitator will be there to support you and help you regulate in a grounded, compassionate way.
