What is breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique that involves rhythmic, continuous breaths without pauses between inhale and exhale. This practice helps you access deeper levels of self-awareness, emotional release, and relaxation by connecting the breath in a smooth flow. It’s designed to clear mental, emotional, and physical blockages, promoting clarity, calm, and personal transformation.

What are the benefits of breathwork?

Benefits include reduced stress, emotional release, enhanced self-awareness, improved focus, better sleep, and increased energy.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

 Breathwork is generally safe but may not be suitable for those with certain health conditions—please read our waiver.

How do I prepare for a breathwork session?

 Wear comfortable clothing, set an intention, hydrate, and come with an open mind.

What does a breathwork session feel like?

Experiences vary, but many feel relaxation, emotional shifts, physical sensations, or deep insights.

How long does a breathwork session last?

Sessions typically range from 1-2 hours. But time is a funny thing while doing breathwork

How often should I practice breathwork?

We recommend once a week for best results and a life of transformation.

Do I need any experience to start breathwork?

No experience is necessary—breathwork can be practiced by anyone, regardless of background or skill level.

Will I feel emotional during breathwork?

 It’s possible to experience emotions during breathwork as it encourages emotional release and deeper self-connection. It can also be incredibly physical, mental and spiritual.

Will breathwork conflict with my religious or political beliefs?

Our goal and desire is for you to Become a better whatever you already are. Your religious and political views will remain unchanged. Your beliefs about what is possible with just breating may be challenged. 

Is breathwork only done in a group?

One of the best things about group breathwork is the power and authenticity it brings out in you. Everyone there wants the best for you. They want to see you succeed. All you have to do is show up and everything else will fall into place. It’s easy.

We do offer one on one breathwork if you have anxiety or discomfort with crowds. 

I don't know what to do. Is this confusing?

Our introduction to breahtwork is 20 minutes of instructions and background on breathwork, intentions and the flow of this particular session.

Then you will be guided through breathwork for about 20 minutes. During the 20 minutes you will be guided through relaxing your nervous system, body and mind.

You will be offered multiple ways to breathe to find what is most comfortable for you as well as a couple of different tempos.

Effort is on the inhale and relax on the exhale. Breath into your belly first. And then connect each breath.

There is no wrong or right way to do breathwork. There is more skillful and less skillful.

And 149 of 150 people have a powerful experience their first time.

As facilitators guiding people through their first breathwork experience is our favorite.

Will I have to do multiple sessions before I see results?

You will feel the results during your first session.

And their is an afterglow after the first session that last 3-4 days. And the more regularly you practice breathwork the longer the afterglow lasts until it’s just your new normal.
