The Introduction to Breathwork class is designed to prepare first-time participants for their breathwork journey.

 

In this session, you’ll learn what conscious connected breathwork is, how to practice it, and its benefits. We’ll guide you through the breathing technique, helping you understand how to connect your breath rhythmically. Additionally, we’ll discuss what an intention is and help you set a meaningful intention for your first session.

 

This introductory class not only provides the foundation for breathwork but also includes your first immersive breathwork session, giving you the tools and experience to dive deeply into self-awareness and transformation.
